The powder batching system is a batching equipment used for industrial production process automation, which uses powder conveying equipment and various measuring sensors to achieve a predetermined proportion of powder composition for two or more materials. Usually, a computer (microcomputer) with automatic ingredient algorithm software is used as its automatic ingredient control system.

The powder batching system is composed of a weighing and measuring module, a high-precision feeder, an electrical control system, etc. It can automatically weigh and feed according to the preset formula weight. It uses high-precision weighing sensors to achieve high-precision weighing and batching. Improved the work efficiency of the weighing station and reduced dust during the work process. Widely used in automatic weighing, automatic ingredient packaging production lines, ingredients only require manual input of 3-4 types of materials into the raw material warehouse. The computer control system automatically puts various materials into the weighing system according to pre-set proportions, and the weighing system completes the automatic addition of each material formula. After each batch of ingredients is completed, it is lifted into the mixer by a climbing elevator. After being rotated and mixed, it is automatically discharged or reversed to be lifted into the latter silo by the climbing elevator. The storage silo supplies the packaging scale for automatic weighing and packaging, and the finished product is transported, sewn, and packaged before being stored in the warehouse.
Materials A and B are stored in two separate silos. The powder vacuum weighing system starts working, the vacuum pump starts, and when the screw discharge valve A at the bottom of material A powder silo reaches a certain weight, the screw stops. The discharge valve A closes, and the remaining material in the conveying pipe continues to be sucked into the weighing hopper. After suction, the weight of material A in the scale is exactly the set weight. At this point, the screw discharge valve B at the bottom of material B silo opens, the screw starts, and material B is sucked into the weighing hopper. When material B in the scale reaches a certain weight, the screw stops, the discharge valve B closes, and the remaining material in the conveying pipe continues to be sucked into the weighing hopper. After suction, the weight of material B in the scale is exactly the set weight, and the vacuum pump stops.
