What are the precautions for machine operation when processing and filling liquid beverages?

1、 Preparation for pre operation inspection:
1. Pre use inspection: After the machine is installed, connect the power supply, test run the three-phase motor, ensure the correct running direction, ensure the pressure and flow of compressed air, check whether lubricating oil needs to be added to each motor and bearing, strictly prohibit oil free operation, start the machine normally, observe whether the fasteners are loose, and use it normally after stable operation;
2. Check if the pipeline valves are in good condition and free from leaks. Check if the instrument is in good condition and if the circuit is normal. Check whether the operating components of each instrument and circuit are normal. All rotating components are not blocked, the fastening components are not loose, the running direction is normal, and the lubrication is good. Clean up the debris on the filling machine site and transportation belt;
When entering the workshop, the air shower room must be opened, and employees need to blow dust for 10 seconds before entering the filling workshop.
2、 The filling operation steps for liquid beverage processing:
1. Manual filling, modulation, and filling measurement;
2. Manually rotate the selection switch, press the manual bottle feeding button, and release the button after queuing;
3. Then press the manual injection button, pour an appropriate amount of material into each bottle, and release the button;
4. Use the manual bottle release button to send out the bottle containing the material;
5. Automatic filling, after adjusting to normal, turn the selection switch to automatic, and the filling machine will enter the bottles in sequence. The bottles will start mass production;
6. Operating requirements: During the filling process, electronic indicators should be operated every 5-10 minutes to ensure that sampling measurements are within the allowable range.
